Why did I receive a refund?

REASONS FOR REFUNDS

There are a few reasons we may refund an order. When we have to process a refund we generally send an email with explanation so check your inbox. In some cases our emails do get filtered as spam, so if you did not receive an email that could be why. 

Here are the most common reasons refunds are given:

 
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Out of stock orders are emailed with information about the unavailable item regardless of reprinting status.
  • If you ordered multiple items, one item is out of stock, and it is not on schedule to be reprinted you will be refunded for the out of stock item and partial shipping. The remainder of your order will be shipped shortly after that refund is processed. 
  • If you have a single item order, the item is out of stock, and is not on schedule to be reprinted you will be refunded for the full order. 
  • If you ordered multiple items and one item is out of stock, but is being reprinted within 1-3 weeks we will email to allow you the option of waiting for a reprint. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days. 
  • If you ordered a single item that is out of stock, but being reprinted within 1-3 weeks we will email you to allow you the option of waiting for a reprint. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days. 

CANCELED ORDERS

If your order is canceled the reason will be listed in the refund summary.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

All refunds are processed using the original payment method. 
Credit/debit card refunds tend to take anywhere from 5-10 business days to appear in your account dependent on your bank or card company. 

PayPal refunds tend to be immediate, depending on your PayPal account eligibility. You do receive an immediate alert once refund is processed.
