There are a few reasons that a refund could have been sent to your account. Please be sure to view the refund email to determine the exact reason why the items were refunded.
Out of Stock Item:
If you have a multiple item order, and one of the items is out of stock.
It is company policy to refund you for the out of stock item & partial shipping to avoid holding your order up. Your order is then immediately shipped.
If you had a single item order, you will be emailed about the out of stock item. If no response is returned in five business days, your order will be refunded.
If your order was canceled for any other reason, it should be listed in the refund summary. If you did not receive this email or if you have any further questions please feel free to email us! Please be sure to include the subject Order Cancelled in the email as well as your order number, so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
