RETURN TO SENDER
If your tracking information indicates your package was returned to us it will also generally explain why.
This can happen for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to; a typo in your address, missing apartment number, being marked as unclaimed, etc.
Once your order makes its way back to us it will be processed by our return to sender team and you will receive an email with instructions on reshipment or receiving a refund.
There will be nothing we can do until the package arrives, but if you do notice your order is being returned and you want to let us know you are welcome to contact us (email@example.com). Be sure to include your order number in your email. Our team will make a note on your customer account that the package is being returned & if you requested it be reshipped or refunded once processed.
What happens if I want it reshipped?
If you decide you want the package reshipped please be prepared to provide the correct address or an alternate address you can safely have the package delivered to. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs, we will provide a total for your reshipment costs in our email. If you paid via credit card we will ask for permission to charge for reshipment. If you paid via PayPal we will send a payment request for the amount of reshipment. Once your payment for reshipment is received, we'll process and provide your updated tracking information!
What happens if I don't want it reshipped?
If you decide you do not want your package reshipped because you're concerned it may be returned again you will receive a refund for the item(s) in your order. Your original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Your item refund will be processed using your original payment method.
