When will my preorder ship?

All preorders are listed with an estimated ship dateThis is the date we are provided by the band, label, supplier, or manufacturer as the expected date of arrival at our warehouse. 
We list this on the site as the date we expect the item(s) to arrive so we can begin processing shipments, but does NOT guarantee the ship date. 
These estimated dates are subject to change and out of our control. 


Most times these estimated ship dates are accurate, but sometimes we do face delays. 
When a delay does become apparent we do our best to get all of the information about what is causing the delay and when we expect it to be resolved so we can inform anyone impacted.
Often times this means we have to wait for an update from a label, band, manufacturer, or supplier so it may take some time. 
Once we have the proper details we will contact all customers who purchased the delayed item(s) via email with an update. 


We package every order with patience and care so it does take time to prepare & process shipments. During bigger releases it can take a couple of days for us to finish shipping all the orders and they are processed on a first order, first ship basis.
