Why is the date on my order changing?

Some items available on our site are listed as presale for direct to garment printing. 
Generally for these items you'll see a expected ship date around 2 weeks from the date you're placing the order.

This is because the item you're purchasing is one we don't hold stock of & it's printed specifically for you when you order. Because we are printing the designs specifically for you it does require a little longer processing time. Once your order is placed it is sent off to our print shop to be completed. If you place an order for multiple items all items will ship at the same time once the direct to garment item is completed and ready for shipment. 

If you go back to the item you may notice that the date changes daily, this is due to the processing time mentioned above. Sometimes our shop does get behind due to high volumes of these special orders or delays in the garments arriving for printing. If your order is impacted by any delay you may notice the date on your order status change as well. This is nothing to worry about, it's simply that your order is taking a little longer than originally expected.

When emailing for an order status update please include order status & your order number in the subject of your request. (example: Order Status #1234567) If you do not include your order number and explanation of what we can help you with it will slow down the process because we will have to ask you for more information!
