Why hasn't my order shipped?

All in stock orders usually ship within 5 business days
regardless of shipping method chosen.

If RUSH processing is purchased your order
should ship within 1-2 business days. 

Here are some things to consider when wondering why your order hasn't shipped yet. 

Does your order contain a preorder?
Preorders will show an estimated shipment date on the website. In most cases these estimated dates are accurate, however we do see delays in production that push the ship date out. 

Does your order contain a special order item? 
We offer direct to garment printing on some items. These generally require additional processing time since they are printed specially for you. These will show a processing time of 5-10 additional business days. If this date changes on the site it's simply due to a delay in production time. You may notice this date changes if you look at the item on different dates. This is due to the product memory and is perfectly normal.

Did you purchase from an artist's site? 
Some of our sites are managed by the artists themselves directly. We think this is an awesome way for them to create their own vision and express themselves for the fans! Unfortunately the only draw back is because we do not manage these sites directly sometimes their information about processing time may vary from ours or they may not include information about preorder ship dates when there are extended wait periods. 

Does my order have an out of stock item? 
If your order does contain an item that is unavailable it may delay processing slightly. If this is the case we will reach out to you to let you know. Sometimes items are on order to be reprinted so there is an option to wait, other times the items will not be available again so a refund will be processed. Either way we always email to let you know.
