Can I split my order if an item is delayed?

We understand delays can be frustrating, but unfortunately we cannot split shipments. Your entire order will ship once everything is ready.

If you decide you do not want to wait you can put in a request to cancel the order by contacting us with your ORDER NUMBER and CANCEL ORDER in your subject line. 



Very rarely there are times where a band or label will authorize us to ship delayed items separately. In these rare cases we will ship items separately and you will be informed. In all other cases all items will be shipped once delayed item is ready.
