Return & Exchange Policy
For an easy exchange, please fill out the R/E form on the back of your invoice and include in your return package. If you did not receive a copy of the form please click the attached file on the bottom of this page.
We will accept an exchange on any clothing item as long as it has not been washed or worn and is in resellable condition and is returned within 30 days of original order delivery date.
For all music items we will only be able to accept returns on items that are unopened within 30 days of original order delivery date.
ALL SALES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS & NOVELS ARE FINAL
We will need you to ship the original merchandise back to us including your completed return/exchange form in order to process your return or exchange. If this information is not included in your packaging we will not be able to process your request.
All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of your orders original delivery date.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request. If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via email.
You will be responsible for a reshipping fee in addition to the one-time $2.00 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged per order, not per item.
If you are just returning an order and would like a credit to your original payment method (credit card or paypal), you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) minus the $2 restocking fee once your returned merchandise arrives.

Be sure to use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the problem with your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
