Why did I have to pay an extra fee to pick up?

International shipments may be subject to customs fees.
This is not something MerchNow is responsible for collecting or paying.

Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country & product value. MerchNow has no control over if and/or how much will be due. 

If you are unfamiliar with your local customs charges please speak with your local post office or
customs processing office for more information. 

 
We cannot mark your package as a gift, this would be illegal. Please do not ask us to do so. 
Any email requests received asking us to do this will be closed immediately without response.  
 
If you refuse to pay your customs fees at time of delivery your order will be returned.
If your order is returned to us it may take months to arrive. We cannot do anything until the package is back at our warehouse. Once it does arrive you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) in your order only. WE WILL NOT REFUND ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. 
 
We recommend checking with your local post office periodically throughout transit to make sure it's not being held for pick up & customs duty.They will send it back to us if it's unclaimed according to their holding policies and we will not be able to help you if it's returned. If your order is returned because it was unclaimed, we will have to wait for it to arrive. Once it arrives you will be refunded for the item(s) only. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS.
