Return To Sender

If there is an issue with your address and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to correct the address.  More often than not, these orders will be Returned to Sender.  This can be monitored with the tracking information emailed upon shipment.

If your package is sent back to us, we will contact you using the email address you submitted when the order was placed with instructions for reshipment. If the email address you provided at the time of order placement is incorrect, or you do not respond to our email within 5 business days your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund for the cost of the item ONLY.  Please be advised that we cannot reship or refund anything until the original package is returned to us.



Credit Card customers:

If the address is incorrect, and you would like the package reshipped we will require the correct information be provided along with permission to charge your card the reshipping costs within 5 business days. If we do not hear back from you within the allotted time, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.

If the address is correct, and you would like the package reshipped we will require an alternate address be provided along with permission to charge the card the reshipping costs within 5 business days. If we do not hear back from you within the allotted time, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.


PayPal customers:

If the address is incorrect, and you would like the package reshipped we will require the correct information be provided, along with a PayPal payment sent to our PayPal account in the amount of reshipping costs (all payment information will be included in the email sent) within 5 business days. We will require you email us to let us know once payment is sent along with the corrected address within the allotted time. Otherwise your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.
