I used the incorrect address, what can I do?

We can never guarantee we will be able to catch your order before it ships, but getting in touch with us early does help the chances of a successful update to your address.

If you realize your address is incorrect please contact us immediately. When emailing, please write INCORRECT ADDRESS and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject. Make sure you include your correct address in the body of the email, this will help us to update as quickly as possible. Reaching us by phone is generally quicker.

If your order has already shipped before we're able to make the requested change, there will be nothing more we can do. If your order is not deliverable it may be returned to us. If it is returned to us you will receive a refund for the item(s) once it makes its way back to us. We will not refund the original shipping costs. 

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. You should contact the shipping carrier immediately to request they reroute or hold the package. They may be able to do so.
