If you have placed an order with an incorrect address, please call or email with your order number, a short description of the situation, and the correct address. If writing an email, please write Incorrect Address in the subject line. This will expedite the email. As long as your order has not processed to ship we can make the change for you!
If your order has already shipped, there will be nothing more we can do unless your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier you have chosen. We can however provide you with your tracking number, and recommend attempting to contact your local post office or UPS office depending on shipping method chosen to let them know of the mistake. They may be able to hold the package for you, or have it rerouted to us.
