How do I cancel or edit an order?

CANCELING AN ORDER:

We can never
guarantee we will be able to cancel your order, but will do our best to attempt.
In order to better assist you with this please contact us right away by phone or email. 


If contacting us by phone please clearly state your name, order number, and that you would like to cancel your order.

If contacting us by email please include your order number and cancel order in your subject line.

We will be able to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed through our warehouse or shipping department. Because we process hundreds of orders daily it is extremely important you contact us right away. Once an order is taken out to our warehouse to process it is impossible to catch before shipment.

If we're contacted right away, we can generally catch the order before it begins processing.

If we are able to catch your order - Once it is canceled you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Dependent on your payment method it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

If we are not able to catch your order in time - There will be a return/exchange form on the back of your order. You can follow the directions to return your order for a refund of the items only. 


EDITING AN ORDER:

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to make any changes to your order once placed. This is due to several factors that are unfortunately out of our control. This means we can no longer add items, remove items, change items, etc. 


If you need to make any adjustments to your order you can request we cancel the order for a full refund so you can place a new order.
