This is regardless of the shipping method chosen. 


When available RUSH processing will be offered during checkout.
 You can choose to add this to expedite your processing time!


IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A PRESALE ITEM YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED
TOGETHER ONCE THE PRESALE IS READY FOR SHIPMENT.  WE CANNOT SPLIT ORDERS! 

 
ORDER STATUS 
 
To check your order status please visit our order status page HERE
Make sure to have the email address & zip code used to place the order handy. 

If you are unable to locate your order with your email & zip code or you notice your order hasn't updated and it has been over 5 business days since your order was placed do not fret, simply contact us! 

When emailing for an order status update please include order status & your order number in the subject of your request. (example: Order Status #1234567) If you do not include your order number and explanation of what we can help you with it will slow down the process because we will have to ask you for more information!

Keep in mind sometimes things like delayed items, higher ordering volumes, large presale releases, etc do happen which can cause us to experience longer processing times than usual, this is especially true during the holiday season. But rest assured our team works hard to keep things processing as quickly as possible and it's likely your order won't be delayed long. 


 
PRESALE DELAYS
 
We know these can be incredibly frustrating! Unfortunately these delays are also out of our control. The biggest culprit for delays like this are vinyl presales due to the delicate manufacturing process. When we're made aware of any major delay on presale item we email customers who purchase the impacted item as soon as we have the proper information to provide. 
We rely heavily on the bands/, management, labels, and manufacturers to provide information about updated time lines so we can pass it along to you. Sometimes these updates take time to get to us, therefore we may see some lag in being able to update you. However we all do our best to make sure you are informed as soon as we are aware of any delay. 


 
DIRECT TO GARMENT & SPECIALTY ITEMS
 
Some items available on our site are listed as presale for direct to garment printing. 
Generally for these items you'll see a "expected ship date" around 2 weeks (10 business days) from the date you're placing the order.

This is because we don't hold stock of this item & it's printed specifically for you when you order. 
This does require a little longer processing time because we're printing it special for you! Once your order is placed it is sent off to our print shop to be completed. If you place an order for multiple items all items will ship once the direct to garment item is completed and ready for shipment. 

If you go back to the item you may notice that the date changes, this is due to the processing time mentioned above. If for some reason our processing time is longer you may notice the date on your order status change daily. This is nothing to worry about, it's simply that your order is taking a little longer than originally expected. Likely due to a large volume of D2G orders (usually during the holiday) You are more than welcome to contact us for more information!
